How to use?
Install Ghostscript . If ghostscript not in the path (ghostscript bin folder)
then copy this file in the bin folder from Ghostscript Install a PS printer
sample Apple Color LW 12/660PS or an other PS printer Print from every
application: Output in file must be selected. Save the file sample as
c:test.ps Open this file with this program change the infos and click Create
PDF.
This program use the gsdll32.dll for create a PDF.
